Heart Healthy
Meals fall at or below the American Heart Association’s (AHA) recommendations for calories, sodium, total fat, and saturated fat, with less than 600mg of sodium and less than 3.5 grams of saturated fat to support heart health.
Gluten-Free
All meals are tested to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gluten-free standard (20 ppm or less) and do not contain wheat, rye, or barley.
Diabetic
All meals follow our founding physician’s recommendation to consume a consistent and controlled amount of carbohydrates at each meal. These meals help maintain blood glucose levels and contain 25 grams or less of NET carbohydrates each.
Low Sodium
