The Nutrisystem food portfolio is the largest of any in the industry offering more than 150 menu items. All products on the Nutrisystem menu have been reformulated to contain no artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners.
Whole grains were also increased in foods to aim to have at least 50% of the grains coming from whole grain sources. In addition, all Nutrisystem foods meet the USDA guidelines for fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, and protein. More than 50% of products will be new or reformulated for Diet Season 2016.
