The key, really, is portion control and ingredients. There is more fiber and more protein even in the things that don’t SOUND as healthy—like the Double Chocolate Muffin for breakfast. I think that I’m learning how to see portions and correct sized through eating this way so that when I’m done, I’ll know what feels like the right sized meal.
